My check-in process this particular stay was absolutely terrible at the Westin, and normally that does not happen. The lady at the front desk (her name escapes me) did not recognize my SPG Gold status, nor was she interested or genuinely concerned with making my check-in experience as pleasant as possible. To make matters worse, my room had paint patches on the wall that looked horrendous!! Things completely changed for the better when I went down to the front desk later that evening and spoke with a "FLO". Not ONLY did she apologize for the way I was treated during my check-in process, she also changed my room immediately and made sure I was taken care of thoroughout the remainder of my stay. FLO is the ONLY reason why I will come back to your hotel. PLEASE share my sentiments with management that she is to be commended for her Superior customer Service and for going out of her way to make sure I was properly recognized as a SPG GOLD member and, at the very minimum, treated like I was a honored guest at her own home. "GO WITH FLO"!!
